Is my data secure during a pause?

Absolutely. Repose operates in a fully isolated execution context. During a pause, no data is read, written, transmitted, or processed. In fact, nothing happens at all — which, if you think about it, is the most secure state any system can be in.

Can I use Repose offline?

Yes. Repose requires zero network connectivity to deliver world-class pauses. Our entire engine runs locally with no external dependencies, API calls, or cloud handshakes. Stillness doesn't need Wi-Fi.

What happens if I need to pause for longer than 24 hours?

Our Rest plan caps at 24-hour durations. For pauses measured in days — or even weeks — upgrade to the Retreat plan, which unlocks unlimited duration. Combine our Day suffix (d) with Duration Stacking for precise, extended-duration pauses.

How is this different from just… waiting?
